The Building Consultants is a construction advisory firm, and does not directly sell building materials. We only connect you with material suppliers, and you choose the one which seems the best according to your needs.
Does The Building Consultants oversee my entire project from start to finish?
The Building Consultants does not involve itself in the construction process. Our job is to make sure you are equipped with all the necessary bits of information at every stage- it is you who will be in immediate supervision of the whole thing.
If I am not satisfied with the contractor or the materials supplier, can I hold The Building Consultants liable?
Our role is limited to being the consultant, your contracts with the engineers and materials suppliers will be independent from ours. If they do not uphold their part of the contract, you can hold them liable for the same.
